Return & Exchange Policy

Sara Abid Abdullah accepts Returns and Exchanges in the following instances:

1. Product (s) delivered is inaccurate than the one ordered.
2. Product (s) delivered is damaged on receipt.

In all the cases above, please be advised:

* Exchanges are accepted within 48 hours after delivery.

* Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.

 • Exchange requests will be approved only in cases of size issues or manufacturing defects From Sara Abid Abdullah.

* Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are not eligible for exchange.

* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

* Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Shipping costs for exchanges will be borne by the customer, unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

• We have a no refund policy.
• Once the order is confirmed and the payment is made, the order cannot be cancelled.

Color Disclaimer

At Sara Abid Abdullah, we make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, variations may occur due to studio lighting, photography, fabric texture, and screen resolution or brightness settings on different devices. Therefore, minor color differences are not considered defects and are not eligible for exchange.
